Showtimes, Reservations & Frequently Asked Questions
Comedy Caravan presents live comedy five nights a week from Wednesday through Sunday. In addition, the club holds special events on select Monday & Tuesday nights such as jazz, magic and more! Unless otherwise noted, our showtimes are as follows:
Mondays: 8:00pm (when scheduled)
Tuesdays 8:00pm (when scheduled)
Wednesdays 8:00pm & 10:00pm
Thursdays 8:00pm & 10:00pm
Fridays 8:00pm & 10:30pm
Saturdays 7:15pm, 9:30pm & 11:45pm
Sundays 8:00pm & 10:00pm
Q. Do I need a reservation?
A. Reservations are always recommended, one because often our shows are sold out and two, even if we’re not sold out, it helps us to make sure we have the proper number of staff to ensure good service, plus it’s so easy to make one.
Q. How do I make a reservation?
A. Just call us at 502-459-0022 and tell us what show you’d like to attend and how many people are in your party and you can pay at the door, just be nice enough to call and cancel if your plans change. Normal reservation line hours are open 7 days a week, from 12pm until 6pm.
Q. Can I purchase tickets ahead of time?
A. Yes, of course! In fact, it’s faster if you buy them in advance online or by phone! On most shows you can purchase tickets via our web site on the specific event page. Depending on the performance, online tickets may be limited of when and how many tickets are available.
Q. Why can’t I use a coupon or free pass for a “Special Event”?
A. Because the entertainers in a “Special Event” have high powered agents and we’re contractually prohibited from honoring any discounts.
Q. Some Clubs have preferred seating. Can I pay extra to get a better seat?
A. We would never dream of charging extra for a good seat, it’s first come first serve, plus all our seats are good seats. Are some seats better than other? Sure… but even if you’re sitting in the last row, you’ll still feel like you’re part of the show with good sight lines and audio. Doors open an hour before showtime, so come early and be guaranteed the best choice in seating.
Q. Do you have any non-smoking shows?
A. In accordance and compliance with Kentucky State Law, we are a NON-SMOKING establishment, and thus, ALL of our shows are NON-SMOKING.
Q .How old do I have to be to attend the Comedy Caravan?
A. Unless otherwise noted, all shows at the club are 18+ with the exception of Sundays (16+). Of course, you must be at least 21 to be served alcoholic beverages! (we do have a menu of “virgin” frozen drinks, coffee beverages, sodas & juices)
Q. Do you have a two-drink per-person minimum?
A. The Comedy Caravan does not have ANY minimum whatsoever… we believe that the ticket price alone is well worth your attendance!
Q. Do you have group rates discounts?
A. Sometimes, depends on the size of your group, which night and who the entertainer is. Call us at 502-459-0022 or e-mail us for specific details.
Q. Do you serve food?
A. The Comedy Caravan offers quarter-pound hot dogs with chips, and Graeter’s Ice Cream. We also offer freshly popped popcorn. Your first basket is on us and refills are only one dollar per basket.
Q. I enjoy comedy but not when it’s too dirty. Why don’t you rate your shows?
A. Well we tried that, but an R to one person is another person’s PG or X, so what we do is mention it when they are extremely blue or exceptionally clean. Otherwise assume they are somewhere in the middle, meaning there’ll be some adult language but not too graphic. Please do not hesitate to call for more specific info regarding show.
