Lamar Williams is a native of Rochester, NY, where he attended Brockport College graduating with a degree in Communications.

Lamar has been recognized for a comedic style that allows him to share his opinions without offending. He was quoted in the New York Times, earning him the nickname “the amiable gap toothed comic.” (Mckinley, Jesse. “Seeking the Politics of Funny, or Vice Versa.” New York Times. 24 September 2004, late ed.:E1)

Today, Lamar is working clubs and colleges across the country and creating quite a buzz in the industry. As one of the Club Comic Picks for the “Laugh Across America” comedy contest, he was chosen to attend the “2004 Las Vegas Comedy Festival.”

His T.V. credits include the Today Show on NBC, Good Morning America, The Showtime Comedy Club Network, A & E ' s Comedy On the Road and America's Funniest People.
